Commission is paid after travel has been completed. You keep 70% of the commission and our host agency keeps 30%. When you have earned £3,500 in commissions this increases to 80% to you and 20% to the host agency. Commission is paid twice a month on the 15th & 30th.

You do not need to have any existing travel experience.  The mandatory training for your IATA license is 90 minutes online, followed by 25 multiple choice questions. You will then be shown how to complete your ABTA training. There is extensive online training available with all of our suppliers, as well as constant in-house training, mentoring and coaching.

There are two businesses - the travel business and the marketing business. The travel business is very straightforward you book travel and earn a commission. The marketing company allows you to refer friends and family, or even social media followers so they too can earn their commission back from travel. For the Travel business, there is a one-off payment of £142 in month one, which pays for your 90 minutes online training and your travel agent license. Then from month two it costs £32 a month, to have access to the online booking platform, all the preferred partners, customer service live chat, the ABTA and ATOL assurances and all the ongoing training and support.
